Yes, but aren't you a Cruise America dealer?

That seems to me to be a whole different world than the kind of situation the O.P. describes. He's dealing with an (as yet unnamed) online auction house, and now he's getting all kinds of disclamatory mail from him/her/them.


Even MORE important, is he a dealer in the state where the subject transaction is taking place? If not, he likely knows little or nothing about how things are actually done in that state!
