When you find something that works, you will just have to get one of these double recliners with power recline. Black one has power headrests and tan one has option of heated seating & seat massage. :C These are made specifically for RVs so will fit no problem and are wall hugger design. I also have a messed up back and I think these would be great. Many of the RV sofas are not very comfortable and not suited for sitting in for long periods.
Have been through hundreds of RVs at shows and I can't believe how many poorly located TVs there are. It's almost like an afterthought. They are often too small as well. Our TT has the TV behind one dinette seat. It comes from the factory with the TV vertical and when sitting in the opposite dinette seat, you couldn't see the image so I had to add a tilt mount to the articulating mount.
