Quick overnight stops in route
When traveling long distances does anyone have opinions as to the best places to stop just to get a few hours sleep before continuing a trip.

I've heard someone else say that they are one of the worst places to stay as far as safety goes. I would have thought interstate rest areas would be okay. Anyone want to talk about their experiences at one or two of those?
