Well I have a carpenter friend. I reckon he could get a heck of a lot done in 2 weeks if he worked on it full time (with me as a helper). I don't expect the exact same detail as the link I provided but I think in 2 weeks I could paint the interior and change the floors and textiles enough to make it cute.
Yes i know I will need to do something with the salvage/ old trim etc... truckloads to the dump, for sure.
Thank you, this is helping me to get an overview/ feasibility study... If I have to budget $2k to pay a craftsman to get things done more quickly, I will do that. But my friend likes me so much he will do it for a discount I'm sure.
