Who parks their RV at home or do you pay for storage?

Storage, 10 minutes away - paved lot with security fence, lighting, etc. at $1.00/foot a month. Giant lot at an old factory that used to make trusses for homes, also has inside storage at $2.50/foot (if I remember correctly.
