Retire: give it all up at 58 and RV?

Have you ever gotten to travel the country at all? I have known a few people that said they would do this or that and then never make it to that end. Be thankful you are healthy and able and only you can determine if you can financially swing it. The wife and I have been blessed with good health and I was able to retire at 52 (never had kids) and are at this moment on our cross country "big trip". This country of ours is magnificent in its beauty. I can hardly drive and keep my eyes on the road for looking at all the wonderful landscape. We did the Columbia river gorge today. One can not describe it, one must experience it for themselves. Make it happen if you possibly can. Life is short.
