Retire: give it all up at 58 and RV?
Hi all, I am sure I am posting on something that has been posted a zillion times... I am 58 single(divorced)with no obligations - and I am tired of the corporate world so thinking of selling it ...

Yup, it stinks. But it is a means to an end to actually start living and doing what you enjoy. I have 57 days of work left and DH has less than 5 months. We have been counting our time left working for many years.
We are nearing the end of a 15 year plan to leave it all and full time. For us, that means not working at all, and going where we want, when we want.
Since both of us have physical issues we are dealing with, we figure we better do it now, because in 10 years or so, we might not be able to travel much anymore.
Putting up with jobs we hate has made it so we will be able to retire very early.
Gotta do what you gotta do!
