Ok, so we went to look at the 2004 Gulfstream B Touring Cruiser 5230, and it looks like this may be it!
Going back tomorrow to test water system and heat and a few other things. The underside is very clean, the front end is in really good condition, tires and brakes have 2000 miles on them, slide out topper is new, the patio awning is very good. Test drove, no issues. It's on a Ford E450 chassis and has really nice interior that was recently professionally re-upholstered. A couple of minor things to attend to, but what used unit wouldn't?
