Not ALL campgrounds without sewer hookups have a dump station! Be VERY sure there is a dump station BEFORE filling your "blue tote"!
Also, keep in mind that in many (no, not all) campgrounds that have vault or pit toilets it may be illegal to dump your blue tote in the toilet!
What should one do if the tote is full, and there is no place to dump it? I don't know; one just might have to load it up and haul it to the nearest town to find a place to empty it! There may be a charge of $3 to $5 or more to use the dump station.
Hmm, I hadn't thought about that at all! I'll add a comment to that effect.
