Maybe this is apples and oranges, but we have Progressive roadside for our motorcycles. I just had to have them contact a hauler to tow my Goldwing to a dealer 6 miles away because I found the rear tire with a big hole in it, while in my garage.
The good: Progressive kept calling back (automated) until the hauler showed up. The coverage is cheap and no cost to me to haul the bike (no out of pocket).
The bad: While on the phone with Progressive (making the claim), the rep stated that if it was over 15 miles to where it had to go, I was going to have to pay some. Wow, only 15 miles? Like there is a motorcycle shop on every corner? Oh, and its not spelled out in the coverage book they send you. Tricksy.
