Don't get all wound up over some of these commercial "rescue" orgs.
I had/used GS for 11 yrs. Read my vehicle insurance policy and discovered I'd been paying $12/yr for towing. Dropped GS.
Latest Use: Had a waterpump break outside Wheatland WY. A tow truck was idling in the rest stop where I discovered the problem. He towed me into Wheatland, dropping the trlr off at an RV park, then "drug" the truck to the local dealership. I paid cash for the convenience & time saving rather than calling and waiting, waiting, waiting.
Month later, I go on line, answer a few questions, and got my money back from the Insurance Co. without any kind of hassle.
Try that with GS/CN.
