My last tow via Coach-Net was on I-75 in Kentucky. It took about 20 minutes for a truck to show up and haul the rig to a large truck shop in Corbin. I didn't pay a dime for the $350 tow, so no waiting for reimbursement.
I'd also suggest that you try calling your insurance company ERS when your RV's furnace craps out at 2:00AM in 20°F weather, and asking them for technical support in getting it working again. RV coach related tech support is just one of several additional services that Coach-Net provides that few other ERS plans offer.
