My experience with Good Sam eventually turned positive. Used them once for my Honda Civic. Clutch was gone. Good Sam tows to nearest licensed repair facility. Cost me $10 to tow to a place of my choice which I've used before and has a better reputation than the Good Sam choice. I complained and a supervisor called me back and reimbursed me for the $10.
