I had Good Sam's sister company Camping World Roadcare. They are both owner and operated by the same people. First time I used them they sent me a just released convict from Alabama State Prison, who was a friend of someone who worked for the provider who could not respond to my problem. He got me going after spending a night in a rural interstate rest area. Second time I used them, the left me stranded over a weekend in Columbus, Oh. On Sunday morning I jerryriged a repair and got out of town where I found a truck stop who recommended a independent road service outfit to replace a fan belt. After those lousy responses, I switched to Coach Net and have been very happy! Coach Net has gone above and beyond what has been required of them according to their contract - a first class outfit!!!
