So far I have had excellent quick service from AAA for well over 5 years. I also have USAA but have never called them due to good AAA service. They (AAA) just registered my recently purchased Dodge Ram truck and saved me a month wait for Nevada DMV appointment or waiting 5 hours in line for early morning walk in DMV service in Reno. There was no extra charge for this convenient time saving service. Cost is $100 to 120.00 per year for premium membership. My truck insurance is with USAA. Cheers to the good guys.
I had Coach net for a few years and they were hateful difficult people to deal with on the phone and online. To h with them. AAA is always friendly on the phone and online and in person at their offices. Extremely pleasant ladies to deal with in the office. I may switch my insurance because of them if competitive with 45 years of USAA.
