Roof coating help or advice

Good day to everyone. I have a 2007 Keystone Montana that needed a roof re-coat. I hired a very nice guy to do the work and he recommended using liquid silicone roof coating. " Henry's tropi-cool 877hs silicone He removed all vents and skylight than re-coated the roof. He reinstalled all fixtures and was done. My question is: Should he seal over every screw after reinstalling the vent covers. That seems obvious to me but he claims the liquid silicone will seal around the screws. It leaked and he was very surprised. I covered all the screws with Henry's 855 seam sealant while on a camp-out. Stopped the leaks. Should the Henry's 877hs be painted over the top of the 855 seam sealer? What is the correct way to re-coat roof? Should you remove all fixtures and caulking. I have seen DIY re-coats going over old caulking to create a single membrane with no gaps or holes in coating. The top photo is after they re-coated roof and the second photo is after I put the Henry's seam sealant on while camping.

    Henrys Trop I Kool is a Very Good Roof Coating. Yes they should have gone over all the seams and screws when they applied it. Should be good to go now since you finished their work.

    Yes this is the Refrigerator vent without the cover to show the sealing or lack of sealing that was done on my rig. Thank you all for responding to my issues with my roof.

    I’m a Heng’s fan too. And I reseal every screw head.

    I think it is the refrigeration, but it NEEDS a cover.

    I think Heng's is the best choice. I only remove he vent covers so I can seal around the vent openings. That's all I remove.

    Thoroughly washed the roof using the usual car wash soap.

    Rolled on a 25% clorox/water mixture to kill all mold or anything organic. Mine had LBTs (little black spots).

    After drying gave roof a good rinse.

    Next came the Hengs. Did not remove anything. Nothing was leaking.

    Applied the Hengs over everything using a short nap roller like I use for applying boat bottom paint. The Hengs is thick stuff. Smells like silicone.

    Three coats applied. Might get another gallon & make it four coats.

    Did the slide tops as well.

    I think you answered your own question. The roof leaked after you had it recoated..The leak stopped when you finished sealing around the openings.

    When I recoat my roof I clean and replace any loose caulk. I do not remove the skylight. I do remove the vent covers.
    I then coat the entire roof, including the caulked areas.
    Is there a cover missing from the 'vent' in your pictures?

    Your first picture looks like an incomplete job.

    I wasn't aware any RV roof coating involved silicone.
