Running Fridge while traveling
So I want to keep the frozen food frozen while I'm on the road. Do I run the generator or run it on propane? Which do you think would be most economical?

No harm in running fridge on "auto". To be safe, it should be turned off when making a fuel stop, although many folks don't do it. A search on this topic will give you hours of reading, and the debates continue all the time.
If you get your fridge cooled down before leaving on a trip (24-48 hrs. depending on temps. in your part of the country, you can travel for 6-8 hours with the fridge off.
I cool down for at least 24 hours, and run on auto.
