Running roof air on TH using a portable gen while driving?

Is there any reason you can't run a roof air with a portable generator while driving? The generator would be in the bed of my pick-up. The reason - I have an big old dog that can't really ride in th...

Have done this several times. I use small bungee cords to secure the extension cord from the pickup to the trailer.

Be sure to secure your generator to prevent theft and it falling or bouncing over.
