No problem as LONG as you blew out your lines before introducing antifreeze last year. If the antifreeze has water mixed with it it will be much less effective. Probably would still work for warmer climates but up north where temps sometimes reach 10 or 20 below zero, I'd go with fresh undiluted antifreeze. If you blew out your water lines before adding antifreeze you will have very LITTLE dilution. In any case it's VERY cheap insurance against damage.
