I saved my antifreeze from last year by running the kitchen, bathroom sink and tub taps off the water pump and collecting the pink stuff that came out in a pan. I ran a cold tap until it began to sputter, closed the cold and repeated the procedure with the hot tap, closed the hot tap and then moved on to the next one. Then poured the pan contents back into the original antifreeze jug. I figured why waste it just because it sat in a pipe instead of a jug over the winter? Toilet line antifreeze just went into the black tank to be discarded.
