Comes out pretty good if you keep up with it. If there is deeper stains and such, I use a car wash brush on a long handle to scrub a little bit more.

I was wondering about that timer Mitch uses? I buy premium beer, and like to enjoy it. I had a buddy that always got two beers for himself, and one for me. Yup, both ready again at the same time.
About the OP question...most cleaning solutions, that contain bleach of some sort work best. If sprayed, rolled up for a half hour, rinsed, but still not clean, indicates a need for a manual labor workout, to complete the job.
