Broadcast TV is now all digital, so if you have old "tube" style TVs they will not work. However the picture quality of "over the air" (OTA) is excellent on newer TVs. Smaller flat screen TVs (<30") are cheap and 720p is more than adequate for these smaller screens.

You would need a switch. The simple and cheap thing to do is use a "barrel splice" at some point upstream from where the signal splits for your 3 TV jacks. Attach the antenna when you are boondocking/dry camping. Unscrew and attach the cable when you are in a park.
