From the town of West Yellowstone to Klamath Falls, OR is 800 miles.
You have a few stopping options.
Get to Idaho Falls, ID then Twin Falls, ID and on to I-84 then pick up Hwy 20 at Ontario, OR just beyond Boise and take it to Oregon Hwy 97. Head south and as stated a very nice state park is Collier Memorial at Chiloquin, Or. (electric) Or continue on to Crater Lake NP and stay in its campground (dry camping).
Some stopping places would be:
Three Island Crossing State Park, Glenns Ferry, ID - 318 miles leaving approx. 480 miles to go.
Bruneau Dunes State Park, ID at Mountain Home, ID - 345 miles leaving 455 miles to Crater Lake area.
Ambassador RV Park at Caldwell, ID just beyond Boise - 411 miles leaving 390 miles to go.
Once you're on Hwy 20 there a nice place near Burns, OR called Crystal Crane Hot Springs (you could take a relaxing soak) - 565 miles leaving 245 miles to get to Crater Lake area.
