IMO, you can get proper sanitizing, using a half tank of water/bleach, just by towing, or driving your rig. In your case 30-40 gals of water, proper amount of bleach, drive, let mixture slosh, run through all water lines.
After sitting in system, drain, add 30-40 gals of fresh water, drive, slosh, run through water lines, drain tank and lines, should be GTG.
