Scooters
I've seen many posts talking about the cars that people tow. I was thinking of getting a hitch carrier and using a scooter to get around. Opinions? Good idea? Bad idea?

They can ban whatever they want that is not protected by specific laws (ie service dogs). If they don't like red Mini Coopers, then they can ban red Mini Coopers.
