Our RV has the black tank flush inlet lower down and near the tank. I found out the hard way that it is also an in your face black tank is FULL warning. First it smells and then overflows. There ought to be another one at 3/4 full with a clear plastic hose on it so the stuff doesn't actually come out on the ground.
