The DW was asking if we could use the Toilet friendly Kirkland Wet Wipes we get at CostCo in our Motorhome. I was not sure so I did a search and could not find anything information. However I did find someone that said that spetic safe toilet paper was ok, and on the package of this stuff it says it is spetic safe. So would it be ok to use it? I also read some people use regular toilet paper, is that really ok, as long as you have enough water in the black tank prior to use?

Put a sheet of it in a jar of water for 24 hours and see if it breaks down or remains fully intact.

It doesn't matter what you use to wipe, if it doesn't get tossed in the toilet afterwards. Quite a few cultures dispose of wipes in the trash, rather than in the sewage collection system.

Please don't put those wipes in the black tank. The State park near us said these are playing havok withn their septic system. They are asking all campers not to put diaper wipes or bathroom wipes in their black tanks and use their dump. So no wipes please.

Thanks for all the info, we will use RV specific paper then. Not sure if we are ready for putting paper used on our rears in a trash can or something. But I guess we may need to start getting ready for that though, lol!

Ahhhh....NO!

Per their website:
Kirkland Signature™ Moist Flushable Wipes are NOT recommended for flushing in motor homes
