I see the heavy cords and plugs for the class C's so is power at campgrounds 110 or 220?

Just semantics. NEMA 14-50 is 120/240 service that for some reason needs an extensive convoluted explanation. Virtually every home in the USA is wired the same but everyone gets befuddled with an explanation about how an RV works.
If the appliance was only 240v the plug would most likely be NEMA 6-50
