sleeping bag falls off cushions with no kid attached

Have major RVing problem:B Grandkids to like sleep in sleeping bags on the table that folds down into a bed. The sleeping bag material is real slick material and sometime throughout the night the sleeping bag lands on floor, if bag is used like a blanket with no kid in it. Just over them.

And its no fun to sleep in RV with bed sheets because that is just like the house. "Sleeping bag is only way to go" per grandkids.

OK, Any ideas how to solve this major RV problem? :@
  • put the seat cushions and the kid in the sleeping bag on the floor. I hate hearing thuds in the night.
  • My parents used to unzip two sleeping bags, then zip both together for one giant sleeping bag big enough for two.
  • I have a similar problem and I'm a senior. Haven't figured out a snappy way to fix the problem. If the bag in on the bare table maybe the nonslip sheets would solve the problem although they would have to be quite large.
  • If he's old enough to complain he's old enough to withstand the small drop if he rolls off. I wouldn't worry.
  • Get a piece of that no slip pad sold to keep throw rugs from sliding.

Different bags that aren't slick? Ours are a "normal" type material and stay in place much as a blanket does. They are also much easier to roll and tie up for storage.

We go ours at Bass Pro Shops.

Or zip the sleeping bag around the kid.

Or put a pillow, rolled up blanket, scrap of foam, etc. between kid and edge of table.

Or train kid to pick up sleeping bag and go back to sleep.
