We use Corella dishware, light and very hard to break. For glasses we use insulated plastic tumblers. A good shelf liner helps everything stay put. Make sure all cupboard doors are closed tightly and upon arrival open them slowly.
Food wise, our eggs go into a plastic camping egg holder, bought at Walmart. Can goods are single stacked on bottom shelf. Other than that no different than we stock our home cabinets. Make sure your counter tops are clear before towing, especially knife blocks, otherwise you will be picking that stuff up off of and out of the floor and nearby walls.
Backing up your trailer will vet easier with time. Have a good spotter with a radio to guide you and loom out for obstacles. Just wait until your first time at the campground when everyone is watching you, that can be a little nerve racking.
Welcome to the Rv lifestyle and good luck. We'll also say a prayer for you.
Happy Camping
