I also use Corelle dishes and glassware (plastic). I tried all the "gadgets" - shelving systems, etc. Ended up just stacking them in the cupboard. Never had a problem. Same with the pots and pans. Teapot travels in the sink and then sits on the stove. Got a cheap set of spatulas, etc. that came with a countertop holder for them. It works great and those items stay on the counter without issue. Double sided tape (or museum putty) works great to keep things from sliding.
For the pantry, mine is floor to ceiling, deep but not wide. I found that plastic shoe boxes fit perfectly. On the lower shelves, I fill one box with canned goods, place it to the back of the shelf, then place more canned goods in front. I only have to move 4-6 cans to get to the box if needed, but I don't have to reach all the way to the back of a dark shelf. Lighter items go on the upper shelves. All dry mixes, etc. go into tupperware type containers.
Packing cubes for clothing has made that cupboard so much more organized. Only hang things that will stay hung. Use a fabric shoe shelf (that hangs off the closet rod) for shoes and other miscellaneous items. Cup hooks hold dust pans, etc. on the inside of the door, etc.
Shoe boxes for electronic cords, etc. A packing cube for fresh water hoses - lets them air dry, but keeps them contained and still flexible. A large plastic storage bin for sewer hoses.
I try to keep things that don't have a storage place to a bare minimum. I don't want to have to move things on and off the bed each night, etc.
My basic rule is: if it hasn't been used in a year, it goes.
