Is there any way to know whether or not there is gas on the 'truck' side of a tollway service plaza? If not, what do those of you with gassers do at service plazas? We're headed off to our first lon...

Yep, you can. I personally prefer the truck side, but my truck's filler opening is large enough for the high-flow truck pumps.
The gas stations at service plazas aren't bad - almost always a straight shot. It's the truck stop gas stations that the truck pumps really shine. Easy in, easy out.
