I'd try to have someone back there for a few minutes while under way- nail it down to what specifically is making the racket. It may be one of the racks inside. We had a noisy stove on our last rig too- the wooden cutting board made to fit over the burners fixed it. It had rubber "feet" that fit over the grate over the burners. It sounds like you probably have something else going on though
