suggest a heated mattress cover
my wife is always cold. we have a true queen in our TT. is there a heated mattress cover that will run on 12v? or do i need to get an inverter to power it off grid?

I think you got lucky. Many electric blankets won't tolerate a MSW inverter. It may let out the magic blue smoke.
Heating pads are a different beast and often work with MSW.

When I get up to pee in the middle of the night, I turn it on so the bed will be warm when I come back :).
