For comparison, my 120v AC powered queen sized dual control mattress heater uses about .55 amps and about 70 watts of energy with both sides set to the highest setting.
I wonder if you might be slightly better off using an AC mattress heater from an inverter vs. a 12v DC model, even if you included the power conversion loss.
Sorry, but I’m not taking the mattress heater off my bed in the house to try it from the inverter in the camper, LOL :B Just something to think about.
