We can always bribe my neighbors wife with a very good bottle of red wine, and she looks after the dogs and cats, we of course do the same for her "sans the bribe" we reciprocate by taking care of her dog, cats and Señor Raven the bird, she works for a vet and she has a raven that has an injured wing and is incapable of flight, good to have X-NAVY and active NAVY neighbors, San Diego is a NAVY town.
