I get all my tires from Sullivan Tire, a local area supplier. Family owned, 60 stores in the region. They don't offer a warranty, but they do offer free rotation for life, free flat fix and free snow tire changeover. I bought tires for the DW's car 3 years ago. She had a small leak in one of the TP sensors that the local Subaru dealer failed to fix 3 times, so I took it in to Sulivan. They rebuilt all 4 sensors, no charge.
See if you can get that kind of service from NTB or Walmart.
