I have the tiretraker from Lawrence electronics and they are very fair to deal with. I have had mine for four years and its one of the best purchases I ever made. That being said, I think the biggest differences between brands is who you buy from and not the unit as they all seem to do the job.
X2 Good monitor (no need for a repeater on my 35' 5er), great service (got a question; just give them a call) at a fair price. Do wish they made an AC charger for the monitor. Only have to charge it about once a month, but, I'm so used to charging phones, Kindles, etc. with wall warts that having that 12v charger wire draped across the dash (hangs in front of my gauges with where I have the monitor mounted) and the only time that I have live 12v plugs in the truck is when it is running. I could use the plug in the 5ers, but, it is behind the TV in the bedroom and a bear to reach... Minor nit-pic on an excellent TPMS unit.
