I had both knees done at the same time last Nov, best move for me,DW is partly handicapped and could not be much help after surgery so I went to a nursing home for three wks,and in home therapy for three wks after, two months after surgery I was walking through the woods for 3 D bow shoots,and riding my motorcycle, I'm now able to ride my old,motorcycle with a kickstart, put the time in the theory it pays off, if you go for long car drives stop every forty-five mins to an hour get out and walk around less chance of blood clot
