Stiff, sore and swelling after 7 months is not normal. Have you done your physical therapy constantly? Are you now active daily? Walking, etc. What does your doctor say? Good luck. Neither of us experienced this. If you read my above post, we were both playing pickleball and hiking after 10 weeks - 5x/week. I realize everyone heals differently but 7 months seems like a long time to still experience swelling, stiffness and pain.
