total newb... what is this? near hydraulic level rear right

Try to follow the leaking hose to find out what is at the other end.

Does it leak when the jacks are being extended only, retracted only, or both?

I am thinking it could be the vent from the fluid reservoir and it is slightly over filled and leaks a little when the jacks are retracted.
