total newb... what is this? near hydraulic level rear right
recently leaking or spitting out or something. what is this?

the wire is not leaking fluid. thats a slightly different issue that i found looking for the leak. the second picture shows the hole where the spray came out with fluid like oil. the hose coming out the right side is not connected to the leveler. it turns out its probably not related to the leveler.
ive checked all fluids, all levels are good.
