total newb... what is this? near hydraulic level rear right

does this work for a photo?
if so, let me explain what its a picture of:
the level is at tbe bottom of the shot, the fluid is coming from a hole above it on the part where all the white looking stuff is. the leak smells like ... well ... fluid :p
