Buy 1 or 2 12 volt computer fans and install them on the back side of the refrig. so they blow air over the coils on the back of the frig. You can pick up the 12 volt power you need for the fans right at the rear of the frig.
Check for a spiders nest in the tube that the gas runs through for the water heater flame. Take some 12 gauge wire strip back about 2" of insulation spread the wires out and make a tubing brush (like a large bore brush) to clean pipe.
