If so, then check your electrical connections at the rear of where the tow vehicle would attach. Chances are it has something to do with the tow... activating a brake controller would be my guess. The other guess, running a lube pump, makes sense too. Since your tow vehicle would be different that the prior owner, I'd hypothesize that your switch just applies power to an unused pin in the tow connector at the rear of your coach. What you do with that would be up to you.

Yes sir, I will do that. I'm leaning towards either for heated mirrors or a tow function. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to get behind the dash to take a closer look at it because I have a Ford Bronco that has been demanding of my free time lately.
Once I figure it out, I'll provide an update here.
