All the cheap walkie talkies I've seen have been FRS which is nowhere close to the same as CB.
Most "toy" walkie talkies used to be on CB Channel 14. I don't know about the new ones, haven't bought any in years. Check the toy stores, I think they still make them. They should have the frequency shown on the data tag on the radio. If it is Channel 14, the frequency will be 27.125 MHZ
