That should be the case....but dayum, my in-laws gotta be the most selfish people in the world. They pretty much only love their grandkids from afar..... sad really, and made for another sht show family Xmas this year!
3 kids, spouses and 6 grandkids came in from all over the country for Xmas at grandma and grandpas and none will likely be back for a while.....
Actually the holidays usually end up like that with them.
Maybe that’s why it’s only sounded like a good idea 3 or 4 times now in the last 20 years!
