Vinyl sewer tubes question

For the people that have installed sewer tubes...

If you have had them awhile, and only have them supported at both sides of the frame.

Have they warped and fell down a bit over the years?

Thanks

  • I bought a 8' piece of the vinyl square fence post at Lowe's. I cut off just under 5' to make my sewer hose storage.

I then split the other piece long ways to end up with two "U" shaped pieces. I use these for long runs of sewer support hose.
  • Got mine at Lowes....they stock them. Have had mine for over 7 years...no problems.

Where do you get the five inch square tubing? I tried at all the building supply dealers in Fort Lauderdale None of them carry this product.

I'm pretty sure this what I have. Link has item and model number

I tried Home Depot but had to be special ordered. Maybe the stores do it differently in different parts of country, not sure?

I changed "my store" to Pembroke Pines, FL and their site said "you can pick up your order today" so maybe in stock, give them a call.

They are 5-inch vinyl fence posts (and they are pricey).

  • Nope, had the first one 3 - 4 years, this one 2+ years and they have looked the same the whole time. I used the 5" square pvc tubes....
