Defiantly a warranty issue. It may be missing caulk from around the TV antenna or some other opening. It should be an easy fix but let them fuss with it and repair any issues.
You are advised to check your roof carefully for missing caulk at least 2 times a year. I do mine when I wash it in the spring and fall and before long trips.
