Water too hot during Navy shower
When taking Navy showers I click the little button to stop water flow to wash but when I turn it back on via the water flow button the water is extremely hot when it comes out for about 15-20 seconds ...

On ours, instead of an off button, we installed a nice matching brushed nickel flow control valve and then hooked the show hose to the valve. This allows us to keep a slight water flow going and avoid a sharp water temperature change - ours was going too cold. For your daughter who might not be able to reach that high, you may be able to install a valve at the shower head?
